60 minutes: $75
90 minutes: $99
2 hours: $140

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Sports Massage

60 minutes: $75
90 minutes: $99

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

RockBlades IASTM

30 minutes: $45
60 minutes: $75.00

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a process in which the clinician uses a set of hand held instruments, RockBlades, to break down the scar tissue and fascial restrictions in soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia, and nerves). One of the most well known methods is Graston.

Once the damaged areas are detected, the instruments are used to stimulate a local inflammatory response, which initiates reabsorption of excessive scar tissue and facilitates a cascade of healing activities. Adhesions within the soft tissue that may have developed as a result of surgery, immobilization, or repetitive strain, are broken down, allowing the patient to regain function.

RockTape Kinesiology Taping

15 minutes: $25

RockTape can be used both to apply compression to promote recovery, or decompression to relieve pain and swelling. Similar to the Kinesiology tape in the Olympics and that Lance Armstrong wrote about in "Every Second Counts", RockTape is used by professional and amateur athletes everywhere.

RockTape helps:

  • Enhance performance
  • Prevent fatigue
  • Promote circulation
  • Remove lactic acid

RockTape is a performance enhancement tape and is designed for athletes that want a little edge in their game. RockTape helps athletes manage fatigue by promoting better circulation. All you have do is put RockTape on the areas on your body that need a little help and you can go longer and harder.

Unlike traditional athletic tape which binds and doesn't stretch, RockTape is engineering to mimic the human skin. RockTape stretches up to 190% of its original length but has amazing 'snap-back' or recovery. This is what gives RockTape its performance advantage over other tapes.

To achieve this, we introduce a special weave into the cotton when the tape is woven. This weave means the tape will stretch in only one direction and the tension of the weave is engineered to mimic the same elasticity as skin. Together, these properties create what we call a "Bio-Mechanical Lifting Mechanism". This simply means that the tape can lift the skin away from the soft tissue underneath the skin. This lifting capability is what promotes blood flow and lymph drainage. This is easy to explain but difficult to manufacturer, which is why we make our tape in a special factory in Korea.

RockTape can also be used to stabilize muscles and joints that have been sprained or hurt. Unlike braces and sleeves that constrain and reduce blood flow, RockTape can provide support and stability while increasing blood flow. Thus, the tape's capabilities make it well suited to the repair of localized muscle groups.

The same science that is used to treat injuries can be applied to promote better circulation and lymph drainage for sports applications. By applying RockTape to specific muscle group, we are able to reduce muscle vibration, accelerate blood flow out of the muscles to encourage oxygenation and promote lymph drainage, which helps remove lactic acid. These functions provide the athlete with additional endurance and promote recovery.

Whether used for muscle repair, stability management, recovery or enhanced performance, RockTape can be a valuable component in the athlete's toolkit.

RockPods Myofascial Cupping

30 minutes: $45.00
60 minutes: $75.00

Myofascial Cupping has been around since the early 19th century – only recently has the image of purple circles on professional athlete’s backs created attention to an ancient myofascial therapy. The cups and techniques have changed over time, but the basic premise of the cups providing suction to decompress the underlying tissue remains the same.

FMT RockPods explores the science of tissue gliding, traction and decompression with easy to use myofascial cups. RockPods are one of the latest additions to the RockTape tool arsenal to better equip each clinician and therapist to deliver superior patient and client outcomes.

Deep Tissue Massage

60 minutes: $75
90 minutes: $99

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Connective Tissue Massage

60 minutes: $75

Connective tissue massage (CTM) is a manipulative technique that facilitates the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of pathologies. Observation and subsequent manipulation of the skin and subcutaneous tissues can have a beneficial effect upon tissues remote from the area of treatment. These effects appear to be mediated by neural reflexes that cause an increase in blood flow to the affected region together with suppression of pain. CTM is becoming accepted more widely as research confirms the claims of an expanding population of practitioners.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

30 minutes: $45

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Caring human touch is crucial for a healthy thriving baby, and the benefits of massaging your infant are potent and numerous. Myofascial Release

60 minutes: $75
90 minutes: $99.00

Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.
